12 WEEKS COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

All our care & support staff receives a full and comprehensive training in all aspects of their work requirements.  After a successful application process they complete an Induction Training programme consist over 3 full days and its mandatory for all employees, this is followed by a full day shadow shift with an experience member of staff. after the completion of a successful training and shadow shift our staff completes a 12 week development workshop which includes competency based assessments, face to face and over the phone support and supervision, on site observations, spot checks and practical tasks workshop. We are committed to the concept of on-going training and our staff receive regular specialised training to develop their personal skills and knowledge.
